- Send a deposit of $50 to hold your spot
- Send the balance at least 4 weeks before your trip.

Registration
Policies
To
reserve a space on a trip, all participants must pay a $50
deposit at the time of registraton. The balance of the trip
fee is due four weeks before departure.
In
the event that WRE cancels a trip due to weather or low enrollment,
we will re-book you into the next available trip at no cost.
Refunds
will be gladly given if we cancel a trip and you are unable
to participate in the next trip. If you cancel your registration,
refunds will be pro-rated depending on when you cancel.
